The Piece
Our founding mark — a half sun over a thin horizon — hammered into gilded bronze at wall scale. In an entry it greets people; over a mantel it anchors the room. The hammered surface catches lamplight in the evening particularly well.
Craft
Raised and planished by hand, then water-gilded, an older and slower method that leaves the gold warm rather than brassy. Mounts on a hidden French cleat and sits flush against the wall.
Placement
Facing the main door is the classic position, at eye height or a touch above. Hanging hardware and height guidance are included.
