These terms keep things clear between you and ORIENS (“we”, “us”). By using oriens.world or placing an order, you agree to them. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, write to care@oriens.world and a human will answer.
1. Products & provenance
Every piece is described honestly: materials, dimensions and origin are stated on each product page and on the material card that ships with the piece. Natural stones vary — colour and figure will differ slightly from photography, and that variance is a feature of genuine material, not a defect.
2. A note on tradition
ORIENS objects are rooted in feng shui, a classical spatial tradition. We sell craftsmanship, materials and design; we make no medical, financial or supernatural claims, and our pieces are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. The rituals we include are cultural practice, offered for enjoyment and intention-setting.
3. Orders & payment
Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation; we may decline or refund any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors). Card payments are processed by our payment partners — we never see or store your full card number.
4. Shipping, returns & guarantee

5. Intellectual property
The ORIENS name, mark, photography and text are ours. Enjoy them, share them with credit — do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the piece concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes belong to the courts of New York County — though in a decade of trading we have always preferred, and managed, a conversation instead.
