Description
The Piece
Round as heaven, pierced square as earth — the oldest silhouette in the tradition. Cast in bronze and then honestly aged: tumbled, buried, oiled and burnished until it feels like something found at a market stall forty years ago. Hangs on hand-braided red silk.
Craft
The patina is stabilised, so it will not transfer to skin or clothing. Because of how the ageing works, no two pieces in the edition look alike. Archive-boxed and numbered.
Placement
Hung by the door, or worn. Both are traditional; the card covers each. Three of the edition remain.
