Shipping
Rates & timing
- United States — complimentary over $150, otherwise $12 flat. Delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Canada & Europe — complimentary over $150, otherwise $18 flat. Delivery in 5–9 business days.
- Rest of the world — complimentary over $200, otherwise $28 flat. Delivery in 7–14 business days.
Tracking & insurance
Every parcel is tracked end to end and insured for its full value. You will receive the tracking link the moment your piece leaves the atelier. Signature is required for orders above $500.
Duties & taxes
US orders ship duty-free. For international orders, any import duties or local taxes are determined and collected by your customs authority on delivery; they are not included at checkout.
Returns — the 30-Day Realignment Guarantee
Live with your piece for thirty days. If it does not sit right — in your space or in your hands — we will take it back for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
- Pieces must return in their original condition, with their box, cards and certificate.
- Write to care@oriens.world with your order number; we reply with a prepaid label within one business day (US) or return instructions (international).
- Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece reaching the atelier.
- The Dusk Archive pieces are numbered or one-of-one and are exchange-only.
- Bespoke commissions are final once the design is approved.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the parcel and the piece before anything else, then write to us within 72 hours of delivery. A replacement or full refund ships immediately — the insurance paperwork is our problem, not yours.
