Description
The Piece
A clear quartz sphere on a three-legged brushed-gold stand. Set it where morning light lands and it throws slow, moving refractions across the room for an hour or so — the cheapest home upgrade we know that involves a kilogram of crystal.
Craft
Each sphere is cut and cold-polished from a single natural crystal, never fused or dyed, and selected for water-clarity. Diameter runs 90–95 mm. The origin card names the seam it was cut from.
Placement
An east or southeast windowsill is ideal. Care is simple: lukewarm water, soft cloth, and keep it off direct summer sun through glass (it can focus light — treat it like the lens it is).
